Do riders ever pay to join a rally?
No. Joining rallies, the live map, navigation, CarPlay and check-in are free for every rider. Riders only pay what an organizer charges for a paid event, plus a small booking fee if they pay through Rallyd checkout.
What happens when my free voice runs out?
You're never cut off in the middle of a rally: voice keeps going until it ends. After that, your voice hours come back on the 1st of the month. Rallies hosted by a club on a paid plan don't use your hours at all, and Rider Plus is unlimited.
What are voice groups?
For big events, Organizer accounts can split voice into groups of 10, 25 or 50, so people hear their own group instead of one crowded channel. The host, co-host and the organizer's admins can talk to every group at once.
What can sponsors get?
Their name and logo on the event page and the share images, before and after the rally. Nothing sponsored ever shows on the map, in navigation or in CarPlay while people drive.
Can I feature my event?
Yes. A boost shows your event first on the Find map for riders nearby for 7 days, marked Featured. While Rallyd is launching, every organization gets one free boost a month.
